Abstract
Product Quality plays an important role in production industry.Best quality
could increase organizational credibility and give the ability and strength to compete
in entrepreneurial and business world. So, this quality control system has been
developed to help Syarikat Eminent Seasons Sdn Bhd in running their products
quality control process more effectively and efficiency. Data analysis will be done
using statistically quality control techniques such as Histogram, Pareto Chart and
Control Chart. Sampling techniques also used to help achieving the efficiency of
quality control stage by using Single Sampling techniques and Acceptable Quality
Level (AQL). For system development purpose,System Development Life cycle
(SDLC) has been chosen as the methodology.The system could generate the report
contains quality chart like Histogram, Pareto chart, control chart and some best
sampling recommendations. The computerized quality control system is developed
by using Hypertext Processor (PHP) software and MySQL as its database.
