Abstract
The cost forecasting for developing residential building is really important to make sure the achievement of a project that would be built. Forecasting that would be developed for residential building cost estimating in the future is required because the investors should have to make a good planning in the finance aspect for the project that would be built so that there is no any problems would happened when the project is running. Forecasting method that being used for this project is neural network using back propagation learning method. The software that have been used to develop this software is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.
