Abstract
This project concern with the quality control of the product produced by Perusahaan Jamu Arjuna Sdn. Bhd. The problems are identified and analyzed using Statistical Quality Control technique. A computerized quality control system which use Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the programming language is developed to ease the decision-making and improve the product quality.
