Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) is needed to manage the failure information. Snap-shot modelling technique was used to data analyzes. This system can help the maintenance management make the best decision base on product report from the generate output. Hopefully, this system will help Top Empire Sdn Bhd. be more efficient and symmetrical in their work. The software will be devetoped using Microsoft Visual Basic Version 6.0 as a main systema nd Microsoft Access 97 as a manager for database system.
