Abstract
Study had been held at Textile Corporatian (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. base on quality control field. After finishing first and second phase in system development,there is a problem that occur in quality control in the organization. The most problem is in decision making for sampling size and in data analyze because the organization still using manual style for the inspection. The new computerized quality system will be develop for solving the problem.The system that will be develop is included with Acceptance Quality Level for choosing the most economical AQL and Statisical Process Control for the data analyze. The system will also included with Histogram chart, Pareto chart and control chart for more efficiency in data analyze that will help TCM management in decision making for the benefits of the organization.
