Abstract
This quality control project conducted is to identify and solve problems in the current quality control system at Ingress Engineering Sdn.Bhd. With using statistical process control like quality control diagram,line chart,pareto chart and histogram. By using this technique, it help organization in increasing product quality and solving quality control. The problem of this company to keep their product under quality control like no suitable database,judging the physical condition of the product,control rejected product, no suitable graph or chart and no suitable sampling size. This system will be devide into another subsystem or module,where every subsystem have different function. Software like Borland Delphi 6.0, Macromedia Flash 5.0 and Paradox 7 were used to develop this quality control system.
