Abstract
Since it wase stablished in 1997,Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Bahagian
hydrology Kelantan has been conducted tasks with full responsibility.The department's
main task is data gathering and processing throughout 6-8 rain recording station all over
Kelantan.Each station is located far away and this will bring difficulties in collecting the
data.Besides, the manual data processing can cause such an unexpected mistake.Hence
this project will be the solution for the mentioned problems. This system is capable of
receiving in put data online and the data will be stored in the database. A11 data will be
process and analyzed either in days,months or years depending on the user demands.
Generally, the product form the analyze phase will be the information on minimum rain
disfribution,maximum rain distribution and the average on rain distribution which will be
presented in three format that is in tables,graphs and rain distribution map. The scope of
the project included only the rain stations all over Kelantan.
