Abstract
          Simulator is a simple and efficient design software that is written to
 reproduce the reactions of the microprocessor that user is trying to test in software
 form without acquiring target hardware. Unfortunately, most of the simulators in
 market use English as interface and it is not user-friendly. This project is based on
 the characteristic of MC68000 and reference towards simulator software in the
 market. The main purpose of this project is to design a more complete simulator
 program and suitable be used in local university especially in engineering course.
 This software will be written in a high level language, a language with Dos
 interface. It can be used as a stand-alone debugging tool, providing an environment
 to test, modify and display data and address registers, memory, program counter,
 stack pointer and status register.
