Kawalan Robot Mitsubishi RV-2AJ Jarak Jauh Berasaskan Web (Tele-Robotik)


Abstract

          The application of high technology in the manufacturing sector has given a lot of benefits and developments to our county as Malaysia is an industrial county. This situation leads to the used of robot in the manufacturing and industrial site. Due to this development, the technology for the robotic too has been increased to a higher level such as the tele-robotic. Tele-robotic is a web based control system for the robot. Tele-robotic has been used in the industrial site and in the aerospaces site for many years ago but still no such technologies in Malaysia. So, for this reason, the web-based robot controller system is designed with the implementation of the Mitsubishi Robot RV-2AJ's robot in the Computer Integrated Manufacturing lab, PPI Deparfrnent, FSKSM. The main objectives for the project are to give an exposure and some knowledge to the PPl student and anybody else about the technologies. It also to simulate the tele-robotic system that been used in the industrial site. This system will be develop using the integration of MELFA PC Tool and Microsoft Visual Basics 6.0 with the use of TCP/IP internet protocol. Hopefully, this system will be beneficial and can be guidance on how the tele-robotic worked based on the latest computers and robots technolory.
