Abstract
The efficiency of inventory management is the key for successful in kl:.aompany. Thus, on-line inventory control system a approach for controlling .inventory. "Sistem Kawalan Inventori Berasaskan Web Di Syarikat Jaffar Rawas Bhd" is developed to replace the manual system which is currently used by at Jaffar Rawas Sdn. Bhd. The manual system was faces many problems such s Unknown stock level which causes an extra and shortage of stock. The problem also occurs in accessing or updating data. This project is developed by using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, Personal Homepage (PHP) and MySQL for database. The Model of Periodic Review Systems (ARS) is used as a model to control the inventory. The model is to assign the suitable quantity to place an order for items. By completing this system, it is hoped to assist the organization to control both flow of the inventory items and to ensure the users easily to access and updating some related inventories data.
