Abstract
Basically, this project report gives explanation about Maintenance management Information System of ROBI Machne at PTJ Sdn. Bhd (MMIs),. This project research involved ROBI machine as effective cost. The main problem that have been focus of the system is difficulties to control the main tenance activities of so many components of the machine, no tracking activities for failure preventive purpose by the organization that would gives impulse toward budget of the maintenance cost. The solution that have planned is developing computerize application system that will contain a few modules. The main purpose of the modules can act as one maintenance system that is the main course of the system. Two maintenance models have been used and developed in the modules and they are Snap-shot Model and Delay Time Model. This project wasdeveloped by using the Evolution Prototype Methodology. Microsoff Basic 6.0 and Microsoff Access. As a conclusion, this computerize maintenance system will make it easy for the company to control the maintenance management wisely and systematic.
