Abstract
Inventory Control System plays the main role in an organization's inventory management. It is important especially for the manufacturing sectors where stock management becomes one of the critical processes to control day to day. A good inventory control ensures the number of items in stock are sufficient for the production planning. Moreover, production cost canb e confol for its optimization and can be subsidized by the organization. A research done at Ehsan Ria Sdn. Bhd. found that the organization using the OBM system as known as Octagon Business Men System. Thus, this project is planned to help the organization manage their stock systematically based on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) approach. This lnventory Control System based on the web use Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX is used for the interface design and Microsoft Access 2000 as a database.
