Sistem Kawalan Inventori Berasaskan Web Di Zara Foodstuff Industries Sdn Bhd


Abstract

          Every company in manufacturing industry must have their own inventory. Efficiently in inventory control can help company in decreasing the production cost. In this project, the inventory control system that has been built for manufacturer, located at Larkin Perdana, Johor is Zara Foodstuff Industries Sdn Bhd. At this moment,the inventory system is managing manually which act to record the quantity of order, counting process and final stock information submission, time of production and report submission. The purpose of this web based inventory control is to improve the company's management systematically and efficiently through inventory analysis and inventory update. The research product is Kipas Udang Soya Sauce. The inventory model system that has been chosen is Lot Sizing Method which are Lot for Lot method, Least Price cost method, Least period cost method and Least Total cost method. It's combined application of two software, which are MySQL, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and PHP language programming. The method use in building this system is waterfall method. Furthermore, the system which was developed are hope to help the staff to manage the inventory process to be better. The techniques which was using are hope can help the staff to solve the problem that happenned before.
