Abstract
Nowadays, inventory control has been given serious attention because of its importance to industrial world either in manufacturing sector or service sector. Web balcd Material Requirement Planning System for Serai Wangi Balm is an inventory control thatwill be used by Herba Bagus Enterprise. The main purpose of developing this system is to help the management staff control the inventory effectively. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is an approach used to,develop this system and Waterfall Model is used as the system design model. Least UnitiCost (LUC) Model has been chosen as the lot sizing technique in this system. Web based software such as Active Server Page (ASP) and Microsoft FrontPage as the system interfaces is used to develop this system while Microsoft Access as the database. The result of this web based Material Requirement Planning System for Serai Wangi Balm can be used to determine types of item, right items quantity and right time to request an order.
