Abstract
This project was conducted at Syarikat Energizer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., No.83
Jalan Tampoi, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor. The purpose of this simulation project
is to design a simulation model for the product line, study the weaknesses in the
current system and get the alternative solution. This study is convergent to the
TFAASW Packing line. The main problem that the factory have
to faced is the
amount of production is not as their target per day. The reason to attempt this study
is to make estimate maximum production per day. In developing this simulation
modelo dynamic and discreet model are used. This model will de developed by using
simulation software called ProModel 2.44 (network version). Hoping that this
project can help the factory management by purposing another alternative to
overcome the weakness in the current production system and increase the production
performance.
