Abstract
Nowadays, the information technology has evolved rapidly.A1ong with the evolvement, the appearance of e-commerce as a new revolution in the technology of internet has become more popular. E-commerce is the most hot topic in this world. It provide consumers with a new means for selling and shopping easily via internet. Because of its significant and its bright future, E-Commerce Portal : Kajian Terhadap MiniMarket has been developed on the primary objective of presenting an elegant yet pleasant shopping experience for each customer especially in Malaysia to buy their personal and groceries essentials.In order to develop this project, prototype model with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling technique have been choosen while indexing is applied as a search technique in this system.
