Abstract
E-community is one out of many types of web based electronic service. By producing an e-community website,users will communicate to exchange information, thought and problems regarding pre and post natal care with support of the database system that enables admin to manage its record.This step was taken mostly because there are a few websites in the internet that provide services to user and allows them to give opinion on topics by using Bahasa Melayu as its medium.This website will let users communicate on-line in bulletin board and chatroom and also make it easier for admin to fulfill their jobs. The project being develope using Practical Extraction and Report Language (PERL)as its programming language with PosgreSQl to maintain the quality of record saving under a Linux platform and other application that being used to do the project development.
