Abstract
Fishing activity is an interesting hobby which farmous nowadays. However,there is no web based that have been developed for the fishing fans to participate. In contrast,there only a magazine that been published every month with limited spaces for the fans to participate. Therefore,a web-based of e-community has been developed to produce an e-community among the fishing fans. Project of "Laman Web Berforum Untuk Peminat Aktiviti Memancing Di Malaysia' was developed using an Active Serve Pages and Multimedia Pathway approach. Software such as Microsoft Visual Interdev and Adobe Golive has been used in developing this project. As a result,a web-based of e-community has been successfully developed for the fishing fans besides to color the intenet world.
