Ouestionnaire Designing Tool

Abstract

          Questionnaires are often used as a method to get information and description about any topics clearly. These days, questionnaires are often created by typing the questions on word processor programs. This will be difficult to person who not very proficient especially in using questionnaires format. This project is proposed to design software about designing survey questionnaires with analyzing and improving the weakness of previous software developed by other student before. This software develops using Prototype Methodology and using Borland Delphi 7 software as the platform. This software can design questionnaires and manage the data inputs from respondents. There are three types of output generated from this software that is questionnaire template, questionnaires in hardcopy form and questionnaires in web form. This software also can reduce the amount of mistake when users key in data from respondents.
