Abstract
Nowadays, there are many education web portal was developed. However there are no web based that have been developed for record information about school activities in Malaysia. In contrast, there only a portal which contains school information and education news. Besides that, it don't have a complete function to record an activities information. Therefore one web portal has been developed for school activities management and the school admin must record each activity which was happened. So that, students and all people who visit the web based can know every activity which was happened. This portal development also to prepare a facility to allow students, teachers, parents and all community to know any school activities information in Malaysia and change the idea to other people with computer. The conclusion is, this web based development can prepare one application which includes a facility for school to manage activities information and indirectly it can introduce the e-community concept among school community.
