Portal Web Masjid

Abstract

          In this modern era of science and technologies, various ways have been used for the purpose of communication and data transformation. Web page especially web portal is of them which is used for data transformation. The main reason fbr developing "Portal Web Masjid" is to develop an interactive and dynamic web with the elements of multimedia for displaying and introducing mosques in Johor just by generating input from user. There are three phases in developing interactive multimedia web portal, which are information design, interactive design and presentation design. This web portal will develop use Prototype Methodology to produce the software. PERL are used for programming language because its ability to produce an interactive web page. There are questionnaire given to ten respondents to testing this web portal. This web portal divides into three types of user which are general user, mosque developer and system developer. There are several services and information in this web portal. It consists of information about all mosques in the Johor state, articles and FAQ information.
