Abstract
The ability of GIS to do the task of assembly, storing, acceding, analysing and viewing the spatial and non spatial data has made it as very useful tools for users who involved in spatial data management. This project's objective is to develop a system which will monitor the water level at certain river to help and simplify the flood management which happened in Kuala LuMpur. This system involved the developing of viewing the GIS maps for the river and the station which monitor the river's water level, flood alert and statistic reports. This system is expected to help in managing certain situation or condition if flood happened or the water level increase suddenly.
