Abstract
The aim of any object recognition system is to simulate human function ability to recognize certain object by a computer. Many techniques have been proposed thus far to minimize the processing time in the developed recognition system. There are many problems arises in the recognition process due to infinite variety of shape, size and orientation of the subject matter. In this project, the number of detected corner a long the obiects edge are used to recognize them.ln doing so, the object has to undergo the edge detection process prior to recognition process.
