Abstract
IT Technology development and telecommunication moves together. Telecommunication line and equipments are the best solutions for each individual from different location and far distance to communicate with each other. Nevertheless, the increasing number of users who subscribes telecommunication connection makes employee at telecommunication companies such more buzy than other companies and they need big enumeration of employees."Sistem Pengurusan Agen Jualan, Nombor Telefon dan Pelanggan Talian" is developed to overcome this problem. System can be achieved through internet (online system), but only by legal user (staff and dealer) to ensure the secure of data and system. The system is user friendly, which accurate with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) and it is designed to enable system to be more effective and beneficial to user.
