Sistem Pengurusan Pesanan Perkhidmatan Tmb Secara Atas Talian ( Sppptmb )


Abstract

          This Online Service Orkler Management System is developed especially for Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TMB) users who face problems in service order management. The user or organisation can manage service orders quickly and efficiently as this system can be accessed through the internet, without the users having to communicate directly with each other. The main pUrpose in developing this system is to ease the user's or organisation's routine work in managing service order. This system is developed using the prototype methodology because this way the user's needs can be gauged by the developer, in order to build an accurate and effective service order management system.
