Abstract
IP Telephony, Voice over IP (VoIP), fax in IP and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) service ioue has become a discussion issue for this time being. Today, many of Malaysian have their own hand phone and this shown that Malaysian need communication. In the future, VoIP maybe will be one of the necessary things for each and everyone in Malaysia. This project will try to make an application that based oh VoIP. It will be an important technology because it can be implement in other application such as e-tommeree and e-learning. Waterfall Model is applied as project paradigm. The main development tool used for this project is Visual Basic 6.0. A user can use this project to contact another user or users using internet with the implementation of internet protocol (IP). User will call using this application with a computer and the receiver also will this call using a computer. This application also supports conferencing.
