Abstract
Like the widely used Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browsers, a browser designed for kids serves as a gateway between computers and the Internet. It generally filters sexual or otherwise inappropriate words or images. They are also designed to be easier for kids to use. Kids Web Browser is a web browser development project made especially for kids below age 12. Spiral Model has been selected as the methodology in developing this project. The end product will be a web browser that has interesting interface, easy to use and also can block certain sites that is not suitable for kids. Hopefully this Kids Web Browser will bring advantages to parents and teachers in helping them controlling their kids' activity on the Internet.
