Abstract
Color is a subjective thing to be defined and it is not a physical attribute of objects. Nevertheless, the research had proved that color is produced from the interaction between light,object and eye. Since the application of it, is getting popular especially in computer graphics, the expandition of the research has reached at a level where problems of changing the color rythm exist for computer users. In this project, a color conversion system was developed to solve the problems. In this research, a color conversion system that was developed involving a RGB, HSV, YIQ, and OE L*a*b* color spaces. This color conversion system enable users to choose color from the color spaces, and the system will convert the color to some values on the other color spaces. This color conversion system is also represented in a color model. The color conversion system that was implemented in Java Applet was developed from phase to phase in a systematic way towards the mission.
