Pengaturcaraan Melfa Dalam Menguji Ketepatan Dan Kebolehulangan Lengan Robot Mitsubishi Rv-2Aj


Abstract

          The application of robot nowadays is not something that is so unusual. Today, robot is used in industrial sector as well as in learning process in automation laboratory. One of the robot that is usually used in industrial sector and learning process is Mitsubishi RV-2AJ robot arm. Mitsubishi RV-2AJ robot arm is a manipulator robot with five degrees of freedom that is used in industrial sector. This robot has an end effector to reach object on desired robot workspace. This project was made to test the accuracy and repeatability of Mitsubishi RV-2AJ robot arm on a curved surface. Spot welding application and arc welding application were used to test the accuracy and repeatabilityo f the robot. Accuracy mean show far a robot will reach a point accurctely,meanwhile repeatability mean show far a robot will reach the same position accurately after repeated times. From the test made,showed that Mitsubishi RV-2AJ robot arm is low in accuracy and high in repeatability. Therefore,from the executed project,hopefully will identified and broaden the ability of MitsubishiR V-2AJ robot arm in accuracy and repeatability aspect.
