Abstract
Human beings have been given the ability to
"see" things! This sense play an important part in our daily lives. This senses forms a visual channel to allow us to have pleasure, to learn and also to equity the beautiful view of natural environment that we see. In IT era, the tidal waves of info-tech have advanced in such a swift rate that
technology nowadays are able to recognize arid encode images from real world to digital binary codes! Thus, if this recent invented technology is being utilized efficiently, it shall add a great boast to the info-tech in our country. This study is predicted to play an important part to contribute to fields such as industrial, education and the medical sectors. Thus the project entitled "Image Recognition Using Color Feature", is proposed to recognize object in a image based on its color. The detail of the project is informed in the objective and scope of the report. Bahasa Melayu is employed to further converse the details of this project, because it is the national language, Therefore it contains potential in the commercial
aspect to be marketed in our country.
