Penghasilan Rekabentuk Dan Penghasilan Produk Mesin Memproses Santan Kelapa Menggunakan Mesin Kawalan Berangka


Abstract

          Industrial sector currently increasing along with the development of technology based on computer. To achieve the objective 3 latest technologies are produced consists of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM). These technologies in industrial sector are used to reduce time, quality guarantee and cost optimization in the development of the product.This project is developed to define the optimal tool types in developing a processing machine of coconut milk. The Mastercam 8.1.1 software is used to design the product and generate NC code in 3 dimensions to be used in the development of the product.This software also provides design, mill, lathe and wire applications. Therefore, the optimization has to be concerned in choosing the suitable tool types and machine parameter because it will affects the cost and time of the product development. Expected outputs from this project are product design, graph tool table, NC code, simulation and final product. Research and analysis on the characteristics of the product need to be done to meet the user need if it will be produced soon. This project involves the actual manufacturing process held at the faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FKM) and Circle Spin Precision Engineering.
