Abstract
Digital Terrain Model (DTM) was one way to reflect earth surface statistically with a sum selected point known X's coordinate, Y and Z within one coordinate system in field. DTM used to aid in topography analysis to works in geographic information system (GIS). DTM can be generated with various data source; such as popularly is contour line digitization from topographic map, field and digitization survey 3D photogrammetry. Problem often arise is about data format used. This project use data DTM (aerial photograph) to generate DIM Aerial photograph data usually formatted (*.jpeg) then this format need to be changed first to format tiff use software adobe photoshop. Further data formatted tiff read and production a new data formatted (*.raw). From data formatted raw will be produced its digital surface. Data readership formatted tiff is project development main objective. Mapping method height used to read data height. Through that process, digital surface of view photo air successfully produced.
