Abstract
The prototype online and wireless e-billing project was studied to upgrade the current billing system. This project will be developed using virtual account and does not involve any private information such as user's credit card number or user's bank account number to guarantee the security system of the project. The project's vision is to provide the ease of paying bills to customers, anytime and anywhere and this would save a great amount of customer's time. Customers simply select the appropriate bill from a selection of bills and click the button 'pay' to pay the bill. On the other hand, this system also would assist customer in managing their monthly expenses efficiently and systematically.
