Abstract
Efficiency and accuracy production line in organization is important, to produce high quality of product while helping organization to achieve their mission. This research was conducted to develop simulation of Production Line at Duramex Industries Sdn' Bhd. Johor Bahru. Duramex Industries is a company that produce tools and instruments sector in their operation. Thus, a research on production, operator and machine utilization was implemented in order to measure the real performance. The results will help the management to improve their system by proposing an alternative model. The model are discrete, dynamic and stochastic simulation model. For the development phase. Promodel 6.0 (Network Version) was used. The results of the running simulation af,e amount of the finished and workstation and resources utilization percentage.
