Abstract
Quality control is an important aspect in fulfilling customer's needs and demand. This is resulted to the organization success or failure, moreover if it involved with global competition because users nowadays are smart in determining the product's pros and cons according to quality rather than quantity. For Syarikat Duramex Industries Sdn. Bhd., product quality control is still conducted manually where data acquiring analysis is not using statistical quality control method. The consequences of the manual system are ineffective and inefficient samples results and report generations. Solution to this problem is by using several Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques such as histogram, Pareto chart and U chart to enable continuous data analysis and report generation. Sampling technique is also use to assist quality control efficiency such as simple sampling. System development methodology is based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). System will be developing using Macromedia Dreamweaver to design the interface and MySQL as database. Effective quality control system will be able to assist company to ensure cost acquire by company and customer at minimum level. This system will do data analysis process, guide user to choose the best sampling acceptancele vel and report generation.
