Simulasi Riak Air Mengikut Aras Air

Abstract

The usage of three dimensional (3D) simulation is getting more diverse. It can be used to visualize a complex situation. Water ripples is a very difficult situation to visualize, true to it's natural behavior. The "Height Based Water Ripples Simulation" is being developed to visualize the changing water height and it's impact on the water ripples. The simulation were built from two sections, the Water Ripples Simulation and the Water Height Detector. The Water Ripples simulation was being developed by using the Two Dimensional Wave Equations. And the result is, the water surface are in the form of adjoining rectangles (wireframe) but without any rendering process being applied. The maximum and minimum height of the water surface were designated at a suitable value. The water ripples were succesfully generated in a continuos form and fast. It could also bounced back. The water ripples also could be generated in a different intensities based on the current height. As for the conclusion, the "Height Based water Ripples Simulation" is an evidence how three dimensional (3D) simulation can be used to visualize a complex situation, true to it's natural behavior.
