Sistem E-Pejabat: Modul Permohonan Peralatan dan Alat Tulis


Abstract

          Electronic office or widely known as the e-office is a system constructed on a web based basis specifically to help resolve complications faced at some point any applications is made. E-Office helps the organization that was still using the orthodox method which is time consuming and trouble with changing files. Therefore, an interview was conducted to gain information in inventory and applications for appliances and stationary. Besides, E-Office components are obtained after integrating all the E-Office components available. The E-Office components are staff directory, time attendance and applications made by the employees. The development of this system is focus on the applications for appliances and stationery. There are three users identified which are staffs, head of department and human resource's administrator. Each of these user's category has their own function where staffs and head of department can make applications while the administrator of human resource department verify applications from all branches and departments. Head of department may well verify their staffs applications. The administrator of human resource department has the authority of controlling the organization's inventory management. After the development and testing process of this system, the results show that this E-Office system could improve the quality of work. One of the benefits of this system is, it minimizes the time consumption for the applications process. Nevertheless this system could not keep in tack the old records that have been deleted for future reference.
