Abstract
Geographical Information System is one of the real world presentation technique in an electronic form which is quite in demand nowadays. Focuses are more towards Graphics Editing Tools Module which is the basic function for implementing Geographical Information System for Rivers Network. Geographical Information System approach for rivers network actually is not part of the latest technology. This approach has been tried to put forward as a support system for manual system which is still in use now in most of the geographical management field. However it is scarcely found due to long development time especially during data collection phase, besides dependencies of datallife cycle to the geographical changes. Due to time factor, this approach is not very popular in management field when the amount of data concerns is huge and constantly changes. However it is not possible for the system to be developed. Thus, Graphics Editing Tools Module will be developed together with other modules to built and create a Geographical Information System for Rivers Network. Delphi 3.0 is use to develop a prototype of the system which will be use for later development from time to time.
