Abstract
GIS or Geographical Information System is one of the system to refer data spatial or geographical coordination. GIS is very helpful for user in analyzing activities and natural data manipulation by using computer. Disease vector such as Dengue still is major health problem whole world or a such long time. By implementing or utilizing the system that will be able to prevention method that made the case DD/DDB are still using the manual method where the identity of patients kept using the file system and the area being spot of dengue fever using the marking map area. The development of the system is to facilitate the management in identifying patients (DD/DDB) data. On the other hand progressive development made the infected area being implemented in a more systematic manner by using Skudai map and housing area that being infected. The information of patient displayed at the map following diagnosis patient that is accordance to DD/DDB. Based on this the information of patient can be done in easier manner. This system is using Mapinfo Professional 7.0 that keep spatial data information, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 for the development of user interface and Microsoft Access as a master database. The report in connection DD/DDB is produced for the information of patient that had been in master database.
