Abstract
Johor National Park.gorporation (JNPC) is a semi-government department that had been established under Johor Secretariats to commercialize the total of seven national parks in' the state of Johore. Therefore, this department always concern about the standard achievement of work among all their staffs to ensure all the' activities or daily routine process smoothly. Johor National Park Corporation Staffs Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Information System are specially developed to assist the management groups to evaluate the supporting staff performances. This system support in evaluate the performance of the staffs and generate the monthly and annually performance report as the output of the system. This system performed the web based management information system that developed to replace the manually current system. Prototypeeyolution approach is used as development system methodology while Unified Modeling Language (UML) technique used to model the system. This system also used the technology application such as Active Server Pages (ASP) and Macromedia Dreamwea.ver MX while Microsoft SQL Server function as it database.
