Abstract
The purpose of developing Online Subject Registration System (SIPON-ITTK) is for Project Sarjana Muda and also to fulfill the needs of the systems user itself. This system is also developed to give the student alternative in registering their next semester subject. This system can also be convenient to the student that live far away, where they do not need to come to Institut Teknologi Tinggi Kulim (ITTK) just for register their subject. The student can register their subject by using this website. This system can also make it easier for the ITTK staff in managing and maintaining the student data. The methodology that used in this developing this system is the prototype methodology. This application can be run either in Windows or Linux operating system environment by using the client-server concept. MySQL is the software that has been used to store data and information for this system. Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 was selected to develop this website. The programming ranguage that used for this website was PHP. As a conclusion, this system was created another way for the student to,register their subject. Meanwhile this website will make the ITTK subject registration system better and more complete.
