Abstract
The Proposal prepared for the Project 1 and 2 is composed to explain the proposed on-line Management Medicine Inventory Systems. The project research involves the study of the on-line management application for Klinik Putra. The main problem is dealt for delivery using online application which is effective to the end user. The current system still maintained the manual system from processing system. The solution planned for thus proposal is to develop the computerized system application hat will be able to evaluate the qualifications requirement for entry stocks and inventory, also generate reports. The Prototyping Revolution methodology, Hypertext Preprocessor(PHP) and MySQL are used in this project development. The application will be operates in windows environment and client server concept that enable users to access from different locations. When people consider safeguarding assets, they most often think of cash and physical assets, such as inventory and equipment. In today's world, however, one of a company's most important assets is its information. Therefore, inventory management systems are very important for all company. Herewith the inventory management system, one of a company will have safeguard assets from theft, unauthorized use and vandalism.
