Abstract
Technology development that is extremely rapid in this century makes quality, time and use of the latest technology as factors that must he emphasized in an organization. Group management and administration of organization tries to introduce the system of management that is most systematic and efficient to raise the ability of competitive and productivity of organization. To achieve that goal, Sistem Pengurusan Kolej Kediaman UTM Berasaskan Web has been developed to help the management of UTM's residential college to deal with their student and solve the problems that occur from the current system. This system has been developed using a prototype methodology combined with PI-IP and MySQL as it's database. With it's interactive interface and easy to use, Sistem Pengurusan Kolej Kediaman UTM Berasaskan Web should become an efficient management system for it's user.
