Sistem Pengurusan Penyelenggaraan Peralatan IT Di Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Tengah

Abstract

          Maintenance is a combination of actions to ensure the equipments can run smoothly and can be used for longer time. At Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Tengah, there have a few maintenance activities were occur such as maintenance activity delay, damage data does not analysis and high maintenance cost. Because of that problem, Sistem Pengurusan Maklumat Penyelenggaraan Peralatan IT were developed to helped IT staff at Jabatan Komputer, to record the maintenances data and to find out the best solution to solve the maintenance by the analysis that the system done. This system will use by IT staff in Computer and Information Technology Department and another staff from another Department in MPBT. The approach in developing this system is the prototype methodology. This system used the Failure rate and Snap-shop model for the purpose of data analysis. Hypertext preprocessor (PHP) is software that use to develop the user interface and MYSQL as database manager. The system will be successfully according to the user requirements.
