Abstract
In general, this project is to study the queuing situation for patients using the service at Pusat Kesihatan UTM. The problem resulted from the increasing number of
patients in queue before they get the services. This will be solved using simulation technique. This simulation technique is one of the parts of operation research. The use of simulation system will help to create forecast result based on the data compiled and analyzed in depth. The simulation software will be used to generate this simulation is ProModel. It can simulate the actual nature of the system and allow changes to be done on it through computerized simulation system model. Every conclusion will be presented based on the results obtained after the data were analyzed.
