Abstract
An entrance of foreign immigrants to Malaysia is increasing day by day and difficult to control by the authorities. In fact, entrance of foreign immigrants to Malaysia will increase the foreign money exchange to Ringgit Malaysia's currency and the economy of the country will be enhanced. However, if they came to commit crime, it will affect the country. This situations required more attention by polices. Therefore, this project was developed and hopefully it will help polices in order to monitor the problem regarding to foreign immigrants. The cases such as murder, drug trafficking, and armed robbery were investigated. The foreign immigrants from three different countries such as Indonesia, Philippine, and Bangladesh were selected. In order to develop the crime rate forecasting involved by foreign immigrants, Box-Jenkins Method was used. The forecasting software used was Statistica 8.0. Forecasting results show that, the murder and armed robbery case was decreased, while the drug trafficking case was increased.
