Enjin Permainan 3D Menggunakan Teknik Sebaran Sinar (Ray-Casting)


Abstract

          This is the third version project in making three dimensional (3D) game entitled Mutiara Biru that can be categorized as a first person view type of game. The graphics in this game enabled the player feels like standing in the scenery by implementing space and distance effect. However the previous game still failed to deliver a realistic 3D environment due to the inability of the prior game engine. To solve this matter, the previous engine has been replaced with the new game engine that use the ray-casting technique. This engine has been used in some of the most popular 3D games in the world.
