Abstract
Electronic Commerce or widely known as E- Commerce which is one of the alternative business that offering sales product services. In Malaysia this type of business is beginning to gain popularity among organizations and companies in promoting their products inside the country or overseas. Beside on expanding their business, it also can afford to cut down in using human resources, time and cost. For example like Amway Holding Sdn. Bhd, most of the management like product purchasing with payment transaction can be done through on-line without any suspicious. By crediting commission inside modul account, hopefully will assist the distributor to enhance its product business and quality. The commission can be notice and known from time to time. To make this project succecssfull, writer using Waterfall Methodology dan programming technique, so that the output product produce suitable requirementto consumer specification. This system is built using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Apache Web Server and MySql as kdatabases.
