Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop a web based application that can
help buyer to make their decision when they wanted to purchase a house. This
application will allowed buyer to make their decision based on certain criteria of
house they intent to buy and comparison on homeloan package. Problem
now days
are buyer have to spend plenty of time going to the site showroom to seek
information about a house without knowing whether the house suite them of not an
also went to bank just to know information about homeloan package. With this web
based application buyer can save much of their time because they can do all this
thing by just login to this web based application. They can make a house booking
and apply homeloan package through this application. Beside, this project will be
implement an application with e-commerce environment involving 3 layer user that
is buyer, housing developer, end-financier and web master as it architecture
design.This project is develop using combine model and Cold Fusion as it method
and programming language. With this project, hopefully can intergrate a 3 layer
architecture design as a e-commerce environment.
